How To Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

Enabling Multi-factor Authentication

  • Step 1: Log In 
  • Step 2: My Account
  • Step 3: Enable MFA


Step 1: Log in

  • Navigate and log in to manage.alta.inc


Step 2: My Account

  • In the upper right hand corner, click on the circle and select "My Account".


Step 3: Enable Multi-factor Authorization

  • Under "Security", select either "Enabled App-based Multi-factor Authorization" or "Enable SMS-based Multi-factor Authentication". Now follow the instructions to set up MFA. 


If you have difficulties enabling MFA, please contact Tech Support.
