How To Create A Site

If you have deployed multiple APs at multiple sites, creating a site for those APs is the easiest and fastest way to manage them. 

Creating A Site

  • Step 1: Setup your AP 
  • Step 2: Setup your site
  • Step 3: Configure your site

Step 1: Setup your AP

  • If you have not already, scan the QR code that was included in the box to set up your AP.

Step 2: Setup your site

  • Once your AP is setup, navigate to the settings page. Select WiFi settings and click the "Add New" button on the far right of the page.


Step 3: Configure your site

  • Give the network broadcasted from the AP a name, it must be different than the main network to avoid any communication issues. Assign a password/passwords (See "Configuring A Multi-Password SSD" for more info). Under "Sites", you should see the site you named, as well as "Colors". You can assign a group color to your site for easier grouping and navigation. You can now make any other configurations needed under the "Advanced Settings"
