How to Mount The AP6 & AP6 PRO

Installing the mounting bracket

• Step 1: Choose location for AP installation 
• Step 2: Mount the bracket to a surface
• Step 3: Attach AP to bracket

Step 1: Choose location for AP installation

• Once you have received and unboxed your AP. choose the location which you want to install your AP.

Step 2: Mount the bracket to a surface

• Mount the bracket to the desired surface.  Note that if you over-torque the mounting screws, that may flex the bracket in a way that won't allow for mounting or make mounting difficult. We recommend backing the mounting screws off by a half turn.

Step 3: Attach AP to bracket

• Slide the AP onto the bracket. Make sure the slide with the long tab (bracket) slides behind the edge of the heat sink (AP). Make sure both of the corner hooks of the mounting bracket rest flush against the heat sink. Secure the AP by applying a small amount of pressure, in a clockwise motion to the right side of the AP first. After you feel a click, apply a small amount of pressure to left side of the AP in a counter clockwise direction. You should then feel a second click. 

If your AP is not clicking, verify that the slides and hooks are in the correct positions.
